1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GentleGrove Design website, courses, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including students, instructors, and visitors.
2. Description of Services
GentleGrove Design provides online educational courses focused on graphic design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and calm creative practices. Services include video lessons, downloadable resources, community forums, and progress tracking.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access paid courses and community features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, design templates, videos, and materials are the exclusive property of GentleGrove Design. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Your completed projects remain yours, but we reserve the right to showcase anonymized student work for promotional purposes.
5. Payments and Refunds
Course purchases are final except in cases of duplicate billing or technical issues that prevent access. We offer a 14-day grace period for new students if a course has not been started. All refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to share login credentials, upload malicious content, harass other users, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
GentleGrove Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for courses in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
